Contact Form Information Clause

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”), we inform you that:

2. If you would like to obtain information regarding your personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer at: iod@pekoagencja.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to respond to your inquiry, based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and for the purpose of defending against claims – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Your personal data may be transferred to software providers, social media platforms, website hosting providers, email hosting providers, and other entities authorised under applicable law.
5. Your personal data will be transferred to third countries.
6. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or until the limitation period for claims expires.
7. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
8. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to your inquiry.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the law.
10. Your data will not be processed for profiling purposes and no automated decisions will be made on the basis of your data.

Clause for Client’s/Contractor’s Employees and Representatives (natural persons who are members of governing bodies of legal persons, attorneys-in-fact, proxies, representatives of clients or contractors, and contact persons on the client’s/contractor’s side)

Pursuant to Article 14 GDPR, we inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is AGENCJA “PEKO” PIOTR STACHURA, ul. Miałki Szlak 4/8, 80-717 Gdańsk, Tax ID (NIP): 5830200819.
2. If you would like to obtain information regarding your personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer at: iod@pekoagencja.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to:
   • establish business relations, including signing agreements, or for contact purposes in connection with performing an agreement, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
   • pursue claims and defend against claims, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
   • fulfil legal obligations of the related controller, e.g. in the area of financial and accounting settlements, based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Your personal data will be transferred to email hosting providers, software providers, and other entities if required by law.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
6. Your personal data will be processed for the term of the agreement and then until claims arising from it become time-barred. Data from financial documents will be processed for the period specified in accounting regulations.
7. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, restrict processing, erase your data, and object.
8. We obtained your data:
   • if you are a company representative – from your company;
   • from the entity in which you hold a role as a member of governing bodies of legal persons and from the National Court Register (KRS);
   • if you are a person appointed for contact purposes – from the entity you represent, on the basis of the agreement.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the law.
10. Your data will not be profiled and no automated decisions will be made on the basis of your data.

Marketing Clause

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) GDPR, we inform you that:

2. If you would like to obtain information regarding your personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer at: iod@pekoagencja.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed for marketing activities based on your consent and the controller’s legitimate interest, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR. The controller’s legitimate interest is to inform existing clients about the company’s products and services.
4. Your personal data may be transferred to software providers, social media platforms, website hosting providers, email hosting providers, and other entities authorised under applicable law.
5. Your personal data will be transferred to third countries.
